Oasis play two nights at the Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys on Saturday 10 July and Sunday 11 July 2027. Both nights sold out, and promoters list Richard Ashcroft as support for both evenings in Barcelona.
For context, the stadium sits on Montjuïc, a large hill in the south west of Barcelona, above the harbour. Fans climb to an open bowl that hosted the athletics at the 1992 Olympic Games. The Estadi Olímpic guide covers the gates, the bag rules and the climb in full detail.
Capacity reaches about 55,000 for concerts inside the open bowl, with standing fans on the infield. Builders opened the stadium in 1929, and crews later rebuilt the ground for the 1992 Olympic Games. FC Barcelona played home matches here from 2023 to 2025 during the long Camp Nou rebuild.
When do Oasis play in Barcelona?
Barcelona gets a clean weekend pair on Saturday 10 July and Sunday 11 July 2027. The tour reaches the city after three nights in Munich, then moves north to Oasis Amsterdam 2027 for two nights.
Meanwhile, four clear days follow the last Munich show on 6 July 2027, before the Barcelona weekend. Fans gain time to travel south, settle into the city and rest before the first night.
That said, a weekend pair concentrates demand into two nights only, with no midweek safety valve. Fans with Sunday tickets face a normal workday Monday across Spain the next morning. Fans can follow each song from both nights on the Live ‘27 setlist tracker after each show.
Can you still get tickets for Barcelona?
No primary tickets remain for either Barcelona night, and Ticketmaster runs the official resale at face value. Twickets covers UK shows only, so the platform plays no part in Spain at all.
On the practical side, Spain still lacks a national law that covers online ticket resale for concerts. Unauthorised street resale breaks Spanish rules, and police can confiscate tickets from touts outside a venue. A draft law from 2025 would cap resale prices, but parliament has not passed it yet.
Even so, fans should treat open marketplace listings as a real risk, not as a bargain. The band warns plainly that tickets sold above face value on other sites face cancellation. Read the resale tickets guide and the ticket scams guide before paying any seller online.
In practice, official resale stock appears in small drops as the shows draw close each week. Fans improve their odds by checking Ticketmaster each day, with payment details ready and alerts on. A cheap offer inside a social media message almost always signals a scam, not a spare.
What time do Oasis come on stage?
Nobody has confirmed stage times for the Barcelona shows yet, and promoters have published no doors time. Fans should plan the evening around the pattern from the Live ‘25 reunion shows instead.
For context, Oasis took the stage at around 20:15 across the Live ‘25 run, after early evening support. Promoters list Richard Ashcroft as support for Barcelona, and sunset falls at around 21:25 that weekend.
On the practical side, daylight covers the whole support set inside the roofless bowl on both nights. Darkness arrives partway through the headline set, well after the support set ends each night. The stage times page will carry the confirmed times once promoters publish them for Barcelona.
Meanwhile, the clock shapes the trip home, and the two nights work in opposite ways. The metro runs all night after the Saturday show, into Sunday morning, across the whole network. The metro stops at around midnight after the Sunday show, so fans must move faster.
How do you get to the Estadi Olímpic?
Transports Metropolitans de Barcelona runs the metro lines and city buses that serve the hill. Most fans ride L1 or L3 to Plaça d’Espanya, the big interchange at the foot of Montjuïc. Outdoor escalators then climb past the Palau Nacional, towards the Olympic Ring and the stadium.
Meanwhile, a second route starts at Paral·lel station, on lines L2 and L3, below the hill. The Funicular de Montjuïc lifts fans up the steep lower slope in one short ride. A standard metro ticket covers the funicular, and a ten minute walk across the hilltop follows.
That said, both routes fill fast in the hour before the gates open, as the crowd climbs. Fans should add at least half an hour beyond the time on any map or app. The venue lists bus lines 13, 55 and 150 for the last stretch up the hill.
For the return leg, crowds funnel towards the same escalators and the same funicular after the encore. Fans should expect a slow descent and a packed first train at Plaça d’Espanya station.
Where should you stay in Barcelona?
El Poble-sec puts fans closest to the climb, in streets at the foot of Montjuïc. The Eixample and the Gothic Quarter sit a short metro ride from Plaça d’Espanya, in the centre.
For travelling fans, Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat Airport lies 12 kilometres south west of the centre. Trains from Terminal 2 reach Barcelona Sants in about 20 minutes, on the R2 Nord line. The Oasis travel guide covers airport routes, city trains and the best bases in full.
In July, average highs reach 28 degrees, and nights stay warm near 21 degrees in Barcelona. Rain falls on about two days across the whole month, so wet weather rarely troubles shows. Fans need water, a hat and sun cream for an evening inside a roofless stadium bowl.
On show day, fans should eat and drink in El Poble-sec before the climb up the hill.
Have Oasis played Barcelona before?
Oasis first played Barcelona on 2 April 1996 at the Zeleste club, long before any stadium run. The band returned on 4 July 2000 to the Pavelló de la Vall d’Hebron, an indoor hall. The band then played a club night at Razzmatazz on 19 June 2002, on the Heathen Chemistry tour.
Meanwhile, the Pavelló de la Vall d’Hebron hosted the band again on 4 November 2005, during the Don’t Believe the Truth tour. Badalona, just north of the city, hosted a show on 13 February 2009, in a sports hall. That night formed part of the Dig Out Your Soul tour, the final tour before the split.
For context, Oasis last played Spain at the Benicàssim festival on 16 July 2009, a headline set. Live ‘25 brought no Spanish date at all, so Barcelona hosts a long delayed return in 2027.
