Manchester is the centre of gravity for Oasis Live ‘27. The band play 11 nights at the Etihad Stadium through June 2027. That run is the biggest single-city stretch of the whole tour.
All 11 nights sold out in the registration ballot of September 2026. The closest thing to a homecoming since the band left as a local act, this run carries a weight no other stop matches. Official face-value resale is now the only honest route in.
When do the Manchester nights fall?
The dates are 4, 6, 8, 11, 12, 15, 18, 19, 22, 25 and 26 June 2027. Four land on Fridays: the 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th. Three more land on Saturdays, the 12th, 19th and 26th, with a Sunday show on 6 June and Tuesdays on 8, 15 and 22 June.
Manchester sits second on the tour, straight after the five opening nights in Glasgow. The band then cross to Munich for the first mainland Europe stop. Nothing here has moved, and the Oasis tour 2027 homepage lists every date in sequence.
On the practical side, weekend nights draw the fiercest resale demand in Manchester. The three Tuesdays spread that pressure a little. Fans with flexible plans should watch the midweek listings hardest.
Can you still get Oasis Manchester tickets?
No general tickets remain for any Etihad night. The ballot cleared all 11 shows, and no second sale follows. Official resale at face value is the realistic way in.
Ticketmaster and, in the UK, Twickets run that resale for the promoters. Listings surface closer to each date as holders drop out. Standard prices for this tour were fixed at £71.50 to £266.60, fees included, so resale at face value sits inside that range.
In practice, patience beats panic across a run this long. Early resale listings skew towards the best seats at the top prices. Cheaper face-value seats tend to appear in the final fortnight before each night.
That said, 11 nights create more resale listings than any other stop. Twickets caps UK resale at the original price plus the booking fee. Our resale tickets guide explains the safe channel in full.
The band have warned that tickets listed above face value elsewhere risk cancellation. Cancelled tickets return to sale through Ticketmaster instead. Hometown shows attract the most fakes, so read the ticket scams guide before paying anyone.
What time do Oasis come on in Manchester?
Nobody has published doors, support or stage times for the Etihad nights yet. The promoter had confirmed none of them by late October 2026. Fans must plan around the Live ‘25 pattern for now.
For context, Live ‘25 ran support in the early evening. Oasis took the stage around 8:15pm and finished near the 10:30pm curfew. Confirmed times will land on the stage times page, and each night’s songs land on the Live ‘27 setlist tracker.
Richard Ashcroft is the reported support at every Manchester night. His set shapes the early evening before the headliners. Arrive early enough to catch it rather than queuing outside.
Meanwhile, the curfew shapes the whole evening’s rhythm in Manchester. An 8:15pm start leaves room for a full two-hour headline set. Fans still reach last trams and trains without a sprint.
How do you get to the Etihad and back?
Metrolink gives you the simplest route to the ground. The Etihad Campus stop sits beside the stadium on the Ashton line. Trams from Manchester Piccadilly take under 10 minutes.
Walking back to the centre takes roughly 35 to 40 minutes. That walk often beats the tram queue after a sold-out show. The Etihad Stadium guide covers gates, bag rules and the after-show exit.
For fans flying in, Manchester Airport has its own railway station. Direct trains run from the airport to Piccadilly in about 20 minutes. Driving ranks last, because event parking around SportCity is limited and tightly stewarded.
After the show, plan the exit before you plan the encore. Trams board thousands at Etihad Campus in a slow, stewarded queue. Many fans walk towards Piccadilly and pick up a tram or taxi further into town.
Where should you stay in Manchester?
Most fans base themselves in the city centre and ride the tram out. The Northern Quarter suits anyone who wants bars and record shops nearby. The Piccadilly area keeps the station and trams on the doorstep.
Ancoats, closer to the ground, has grown into a leading food neighbourhood. All three areas sit within 15 to 20 minutes of the Etihad by tram. Hotel prices peak on the Friday and Saturday nights.
Meanwhile, Salford Quays offers a quieter overflow base west of the centre. Trams link the Quays with Piccadilly and the Etihad Campus stop. Fans who book there trade a longer ride for calmer streets after the show.
Around the shows, a real Oasis trail crosses the city. Sifters record shop in Burnage, name-checked in “Shakermaker”, still trades today. Our Manchester landmarks map plots the full walking route.
For context, Burnage sits about four miles from the Etihad Stadium. Fans often pair a morning there with an afternoon in the Northern Quarter. The tram and bus network links both into one easy day.
June in Manchester stays mild rather than warm. Met Office averages give highs around 18 to 19C and lows near 10C. Pack a layer and a light waterproof, even with light past 9:30pm.
That said, the long evenings work in everyone’s favour here. Fans get daylight for the trip in and dusk for the headline set.
What is Manchester’s Oasis history?
Manchester made Oasis, and the city holds the receipts. The Gallaghers grew up in Burnage, on the city’s south side. The band rehearsed in the Boardwalk and played early gigs across town.
Their two nights at Maine Road in 1996 became a defining hometown moment. Manchester City’s old Moss Side ground hosted those shows. The Etihad now hosts the same club the brothers support.
Then came three outdoor nights at Heaton Park in 2009. Around 70,000 fans a night watched the band’s last Manchester shows before the split. The 2027 run answers that gap after 18 years away.
In between, the band’s solo years kept the city in their story. Liam and Noel both played Manchester arenas as solo artists through the 2010s. The Etihad run reunites that audience in one home stadium at last.
