Live '25 Wins Pollstar Major Tour of the Year

Pollstar named Live ‘25 its Major Tour of the Year on 15 April 2026. The honour came at the 37th Pollstar Awards in Los Angeles. The reunion tour beat every other major run on the planet, in the trade’s judgement.

The ceremony ran at the Loews Hollywood Hotel during Pollstar Live!. The conference gathers the promoters, agents and venue teams behind the biggest tours. The headline prize closed a year of commercial records for the band.

Pollstar Live! runs alongside the awards each spring in Los Angeles. Agents pitch tours, venues pitch calendars, and promoters compare box office numbers face to face. Winning the headline award inside that room shapes booking conversations for years afterward.

For context, Pollstar tracks the live music box office worldwide. Its awards follow the money and the scale of each tour. A Major Tour prize from Pollstar therefore carries real weight inside the industry, beyond the trophy itself.

Metallica took the Rock award on the same night. Kendrick Lamar and SZA shared the Hip-Hop honour, and Bad Bunny won the Latin category. The winners list placed Oasis in the commercial top tier of global touring.

A Las Vegas venue shared the night

The building hosts the tour’s three Nevada nights in August 2027. The Oasis dates there land after the North American leg opens in Boston. Its award reflects operations and fan experience as much as architecture and scale.

Meanwhile, Co-op Live in Manchester won the Sustainable Venue award. The arena stands in the Gallaghers’ home city, close to the Etihad Stadium campus. Manchester keeps collecting the reunion’s honours as well as eleven of its biggest shows next summer.

That said, awards measure the business, not the gig itself. Fans judge the reunion on the nights themselves, from the Cardiff opener onward. The Pollstar prize simply confirms what the grosses already showed the industry.

The night also honoured The Eagles and Olivia Dean among its winners. Their presence shows how widely the awards span generations of touring acts. Oasis took the prize that measures the year as a whole.

Still, the prize lands differently in Manchester and Glasgow than in Hollywood. Fans there measure the reunion in nights attended, not in trade votes or trophies. The award hands those fans a headline that matches their own verdict.

Meanwhile, Manchester collected a double win of its own that night. Co-op Live took the sustainability prize in the city that hosts eleven Live ‘27 shows at the Etihad Stadium.

For fans, the trade vote settles one argument early. Live ‘25 holds the industry’s top touring honour before Live ‘27 plays a single note. The 2027 crowds will judge the new shows against an award winning standard.
